Agreement Scope and Acceptance
These Terms of Service create a binding agreement between you and Trustwallet. By downloading, accessing, or using the platform, you accept all terms in full.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. Trustwallet reserves the right to refuse service to non-compliant users.
Account Creation and Security
You are responsible for creating a secure account and protecting your login credentials. Trustwallet recommends strong passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication.
You agree to keep all account information accurate and up-to-date. Unauthorized account access should be reported immediately to support.
Self-Custody and Asset Responsibility
Trustwallet is a non-custodial wallet. You maintain exclusive control and ownership of your crypto assets and private keys.
Trustwallet does not hold funds, approve transactions, or guarantee transaction success. You assume full responsibility for all transactions and asset security.
Limitation of Liability
Trustwallet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The platform is not liable for losses from user error, private key compromise, or hacks.
Trustwallet's total liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Users cannot claim damages for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.
Prohibited Uses and Conduct
You agree not to use Trustwallet for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion. Suspicious activity may trigger compliance reviews or account suspension.
Users cannot harass others, post malware, or attempt to compromise platform security. Violations may result in permanent account termination.
Intellectual Property Rights
Trustwallet retains all rights to its platform, code, and brand assets. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Trustwallet software without permission.
You may use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by law.
Service Modifications and Availability
Trustwallet may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.
The platform does not guarantee continuous, error-free service. Users acknowledge potential downtime and technical issues inherent to blockchain infrastructure.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in Trustwallet's jurisdiction. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court procedures.
Users waive the right to class action lawsuits. Arbitration costs are shared equally between parties unless law provides otherwise.
